Conductor is an existing technology that can be customized and enhanced to meet your needs and wants. Our Web-based tool links an online ordering platform to robust database technologies and your choice of communication channels. Your agents can go online anytime to select, personalize and send your corporate marketing materials. With this desktop marketing process in place, our clients can focus their attention on talking with prospects and customers – not on the infrastructure and process. Integrated into the platform is a robust response management system that provides the ideal “closed loop” system that learns and improves over time.
Conductor is a combination of technology, process and people.
Technology: This is our proprietary print-on-demand system. We license and host Conductor for our clients. Periodically, we update the core functionality of Conductor and pass these enhancements along to our clients. Client may also request custom modules to be developed for unique needs for an additional fee.
Process: This is how we customize the system for each client, and includes content (products), data integration, single sign-on and business requirements around how users will interact with the site. Pii has a proven on-boarding process for new clients, which manages the development of a new system. This is especially critical when transitioning users/products from an existing ordering site.
People: New clients are supported by an implementation team that oversees system development, as well as an account team that manages the program on a daily basis. If required, customer service staff can also be dedicated to the program. The level and number of staff personnel is customized based on scope and size of the program.
