At Progressive Impressions International (Pii), we respect visitors to our Web site and understand that you are concerned about privacy, so we have instituted policies intended to protect your personal information. What Information Do We Collect?

The information gathered may be shared with corporate affiliates of Pii. We also may share the information with third parties, including responsible companies with which we have a relationship. For example: Pii may share your personal information with outside companies that perform services for Pii, such as Web hosting companies, printers, research firms, mailing services and other companies we choose to work with who will help Pii enhance our ability to service/create and distribute marketing materials. If you, as a visitor, have provided us online with a postal address, an e-mail address or a telephone number, a Pii representative may contact you. This will result when you have expressed an interest or a query in a particular product(s) or service need(s).

Pii may share account or other information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law or to protect our interest or property. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, credit bureaus, agents or governmental agencies in connection with issues related to fraud, credit, or debt collection.

Children’s Privacy

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act imposes certain requirements on Web sites directed toward children under 13 that collect information on those children and on Web sites that know they are collecting information on children under the age of 13. We want to let you know that it currently is Pii’s policy not to collect personal information on any person under 13.
