Pii’s core business is helping clients deliver personalized communications to their customers. Our goal is to help our clients acquire, develop, and retain customers. To do this, Pii builds integrated solutions that bring together the best mix of direct mail, e-mail, call center, gift programs, data management and more. We deliver integrated solutions to salespeople throughout North America via an easy to use, Web-based tool called Conductor.
