Jamie Huff, President
Jamie has served many roles during his tenure at Pii including Vice President of Finance, Business Development and Technology. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University in accounting and an MBA with a concentration in international marketing.
Mike Simpson, VP, Client Services
Mike has led a number of Marketing Services companies, including Carlson Company’s 800-person Loyalty Marketing Division, the Kellogg Company in Battle Creek, MI, and at Pepsi-Cola in New York. Mike has an MBA from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.
Ron Drenning, VP, Marketing
For 22 years, Ron Drenning has made the customer experience his passion. As Sales and Marketing Director for Pii, he champions strong acquisition, growth and retention strategies through our Conductor product, and consults with Fortune 500 companies to build loyalty and lasting brand relationships with their customers. Previously, Ron spent 12 years at Citibank. He holds an MBA from the University of Miami, and is an active member of key industry organizations such as the Direct Marketing Association.
Tim Henning, VP, Operations
For the past 19 years, Tim Henning has dedicated his talents to the start-up and growth of Pii. As VP, Operations, Tim helps customers successfully execute their digital print and direct mail campaigns. Certifications and membership include: Adobe Developers Association, Xerox Metacode Certification, Advanced Postscript Certification and Outstanding Cooperation award from Xerox Special Information Systems (XSIS).
Richard Eames, VP, Quality & ISO Management Representation
Richard has spent the last 2 years further developing Pii’s quality system. He has successfully led efforts to have Pii recertified to the ISO-9001 2000 and 2008 standards. He has developed processes for tracking and driving improvement in all aspects of Pii’s performance. Richard has experience in plant operations, along with other positions of management in manufacturing environments at Pii and General Electric.
Kirsten Smith, VP, Finance
Kirsten received a Bachelor of Arts from Augustana College, and both a Master of Science in Accountancy and an MBA from Illinois State University. She passed the CPA Exam in 1991 and joined Taylor in 1992 as a Cost Accountant at Chief City Graphics in Pontiac, IL, quickly becoming General Manager in 1993. That organization became a part of Original Smith Printing in 1996, which has now integrated with Progressive Impressions International. Kirsten has held several positions at OSP, including Operations Manager and most recently, VP of Finance.
Gary Moore, VP, Technology
As a Chief Technology Officer, Gary is committed to successfully building technology solutions that meet the communications needs of clients more effectively and efficiently. Over the past 25 years, he has been involved in software architecture, design and development of financial business and technical products. Gary has consulted for Fortune 500 companies, served on advisory boards for Microsoft and presented at Garter and PRISM conferences. He has also led development of software products in use throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia, focusing for the last few years on the developing highly configurable software solutions through “cooperative service applications” and mobile applications.
